the delegates to the Validation Workshop for the
MSME Development Plan
2023-2027 in Makati City
last October 16, 2023. In
his message, Concepcion
underscored how collaborative efforts between the
government and the private sector can facilitate
the growth of MSMEs and
contribute to the Philippine
economy. He also emphasized the importance of
