April 21, 2026 – Beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in the CALABARZON Region undergo proper food handling sessions as part of the Family Development Session (FDS) titled “Pagkaing Malinis, Pagkaing Ligtas” for the month of April 2026.
In this FDS session, the 4Ps City / Municipal Links discuss the importance of proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene to ensure safety of their family, especially the children.
Bukal, Calauag, Quezon last April 16.
The FDS is a monthly session attended by beneficiaries of the 4Ps as part of their co-responsibilities as beneficiaries of the program. Through the FDS, the DSWD imparts various knowledge and skills that are crucial in enabling them to change their behavior and practices to help them improve their living conditions.
To date, there are around 220,000 active beneficiaries of the 4Ps in the CALABARZON Region. [with reports from JBArevalo]
