by creating programs and
initiatives that provide support and mentorship to entrepreneurs and business

for the MSMEs, Mr. Concepcion has demonstrated
remarkable leadership,
innovation, and compassion, inspiring and motivating others to follow his
lead in building a more
vibrant, sustainable, and
inclusive economy. He has
also been a staunch advocate for the retail industry,
recognizing its critical role
in driving economic growth
and development in the
country.
