for 28 employees of Purefoods-Hormel Company, Inc. โ Cavite Plant (Purefoods),
through a combination of lectures
and workshops. DOST-CALABARZON Food Safety Team members,
Ms. Anna Marie S. Daigan and Ms.

participants on HACCP during the
two-day activity. The speakers discussed the details of
the process of HACCP and
recommended ways to prevent, control, and reduce hazards in all stages of food production: from purchase, receipt, and
storage to production, handling,
and packaging.
At the end of the 2-day
