The Department of Trade
and Industry-Cavite, in
collaboration with the local
government of Silang and
Acienda Designer Outlet, launched the โCAVITIENDA: Caviteโs Finest
Productsโ Trade Fair. The event, which runs from
October 27 to October 29,
2023, aims to promote and
support the micro, small,
and medium enterprises
(MSMEs) in the province
of Cavite.
Cavitienda Trade
Fair is a testament to the
collaborative efforts of various organizations and individuals who are dedicated to fostering economic
growth and innovation in
the province. The trade
fair has brought together
20 outstanding MSMEs,
offering them a platform
to showcase their unique
products and services, all
while bolstering the local
economy.
The event was
inaugurated in a ceremony attended by esteemed
guests, including some
of the department heads
from the provincial government of Cavite, representatives from the Department of Science and
Technology (DOST), and
local officials of the municipal government of Silang.
Ms. Chie Ricasata, the Brand Communications Manager of Acienda
Designer Outlet, set the
tone for the event with her
warm and welcoming remarks. She expressed her
excitement about the trade
fair and emphasized the
importance of supporting
local businesses.
Following her,
Dir. Revelyn Cortez, OIC
Assistant Regional Director of DTI CALABARZON,
delivered an inspiring
opening message, highlighting the significance
of the CAVITIENDA Trade
Fair in boosting the local
economy and providing
opportunities for growth
and development to the
participating MSMEs.
I n s p i r a t i o n a l
messages were also conveyed by Mr. Arman Ilano,
the Center Director of Acienda Designer Outlet, and
Silang Municipal Mayor
Kevin Anarna, who emphasized the importance
of collaboration between
the public and private sectors for the prosperity of
the community.
A ribbon-cutting
ceremony officially marked
the commencement of the
trade fair, symbolizing the
unity and support from
the local community for
the thriving MSMEs in the
province of Cavite.

three-day event, visitors

range of items, from handmade crafts to delectable
treats, fashionable clothing to distinctive accessories, and so much more. It
