Governor Jonvic Remulla led the distribution of new multicabs from Cavite Provincial Government to the Cities of General Trias and Imus at the General Trias Convention Center on September 18, 2024. The initiative is part of the continuing efforts to enhance public service delivery in the community through transportation support to the LGUs.
In a simple turnover ceremony, General Trias City Mayor Luis โJonjonโ Ferrer and City of Imus Mayor Alex โAAโ Advincula thanked the Cavite Governor, affirming that even without asking, he gives and provides for the benefit of Caviteรฑos.
Governor Jonvic Remulla, then, remarked that the units were distributed primarily to enhance the mobility and quicken the response to the concerns of the people. He also mentioned the construction of new Cavite Command Center and the development of 911 application that targets a prompt action and patrolling in the community, particularly during emergency situations.
The turnover of the symbolic key was participated by Governor Remulla, Vice Governor Athena Bryana Tolentino, Mayor Jonjon Ferrer, Mayor AA Advincula, 3rd District Board Members Shernan Jaro and Arnel Cantimbuhan, 6th District Board Member Maurito Sison, and the Sangguniang Panlungsod members of both cities.
