The Cavite Career Caravan, held on May 23, 2024, at SM City Rosario, showcased a significant collaborative effort led by the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) under Ms. Rizalie P. Enero, in partnership with SM City Rosario’s management and supported by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) – Rosario. The event was designed to provide extensive support to job seekers in Cavite, with SK President Honorable Maric Solis attending to show solidarity with the participants.
The event featured 55 employers offering a variety of job opportunities, drawing a total of 347 applicants, with 18 individuals being hired on the spot. Additionally, representatives from several national government agencies, including SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, TESDA, PSA, BIR, DMW, OWWA, and NBI, were present to provide crucial information and assistance on employment and social welfare programs.
The success of the Cavite Career Caravan was a result of the steadfast support and collaboration of the participating companies and government agencies.
