Anastacia Estrada from Tarlac City traded her corporate work to start a business in the hopes of attaining a better life for their family. Anastacia, now 63 years old, was a graduate of BS in Business Administration Major in Accounting and Government Auditing. She worked in the corporate world for 18 years. Realizing that her employment cannot help her reach her dream to build her own house, she ventured into a buy-and sell business selling different items. Life may be difficult, but with the help of her husband, their grit and patience with their business bear fruit. Gradually, they were able to buy materials to build their house and save money in giving their children quality education. When Anastacia became a CARD Bank client in 2007, she felt the purpose of the institution in providing families like them to access a better quality of living. She used the loan she borrowed from the bank to add capital to her business and for the education of their children, one of whom is now a certified public accountant (CPA). She is grateful for her children as they grew as responsible individuals. They are helpi ng each other to have the better life that they always dream of.
